We are experiencing growth and looking for a Deputy Site Lead for our White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico!
What You Will Be Doing
As the Deputy Site Lead for the White Sands Missile Range team, this leader will be responsible for supporting the LM Resident Office at WSMR, NM.
The role reports to the Site Lead in a deputy capacity, and will be working in close partnership with LM Quality, Property, Security, ESH, Program, and Government organizations to maintain the continued successful operation of critical IT&E events at the site.
The candidate will also be expected to help shape the future of the site by executing strategy and facilitating continuous improvement in Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E) operations, ordnance physical security and safety, operations compliance, and facility operability.

Basic Qualifications:
• A Technical Bachelors degree in an engineering related field (i.e. engineering, physics, chemistry and applied mathematics), or equivalent education and experience.
• A minimum of 12 years of technical Integration & Test experience, with a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership.
• A minimum 3 years experience leading and managing teams of 15 or more personnel in a functional role, demonstrating Full Spectrum Leadership capabilities.
• Functional experience leading teams and interacting with a DoD customer onsite at test sites.
• A current and active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
- Ability to travel (less than 10%)
Desired Skills:
• An advanced technical degree in an engineering related field (i.e. engineering, physics, chemistry and applied mathematics).
• A minimum of 5 years Full Spectrum Leadership experience including a commitment to the Full Spectrum attributes of shaping the future, building effective relationships, energizing the team, delivering results, and modeling personal excellence, integrity and accountability.
• Experience in ground-launched missile flight test operations.
• Experience at missile test ranges and with government test range organizations.
• Experience on Precision Fires (Tactical Missiles and Launchers) or IAMD programs.
• Experience with missile assembly and explosives operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sound collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
