Description:
You will be the F-22 System Integration & Test Associate Manager for the F-22 System Test (FST) team which is responsible for advancing F-22 modernization through system-level integration and testing.

As the F-22 System Integration & Test Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing test team, driving execution of mission-system capability integration, and ensuring timely delivery of test results that enable fleet readiness.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field (engineering highly desired).
• Integration and test experience.
• Experience with leading technical teams, mentoring junior engineers, and/or experience forming and growing a high performing multidiscipline team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus.
• F22 Program clearances desired.
• Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.
• Familiarity with Mission Systems and general avionics architectures and functionality.
• Systems Engineering development and integration experience with large complex systems.
• Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
• Experience in developing and executing technical plans.
• Experience in developing technical talent and building pipelines to sustain organizational expertise.
• Proven experience as a strategic thinker with the ability to translate into action and results.
• Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes.
• Demonstrated organizational leadership experience.
• Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-22 engineering teams (e.g., MS, VS, WPNs, Labs).
• Government flight test interaction and interface experience.
• Hardware-in-the loop Simulation Experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
