What You Will Be Doing
As the ETM Lead, you will own the cost, schedule, and technical planning for Future Interceptor development while managing risk, opportunities, and all customer/supplier interfaces. You'll set technical direction, enforce best in class processes, and champion the professional growth of a cross disciplinary engineering team, keeping the program ahead of expectations in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Direct cost, schedule, and technical planning for Future Interceptor development efforts

• Lead investigation teams, diagnose technical anomalies, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
• Develop accurate Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support new business proposals.
• Expand the team's technical capability through gap assessments, training plans, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Manage employee development, performance reviews, and salary planning to build a high performing, motivated workforce.
Why Join Us

We provide the resources and give you the flexibility to enable inspiration and focus. If you have the passion and courage to dream big, work hard, and have fun doing what you love then we want to build a better tomorrow with you.
You are a seasoned mechanical engineer who thrives on leading diverse technical teams in challenging, mission critical programs. You value collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement, and you excel at turning complex technical problems into practical solutions. In this role you will shape the future of integrated air and missile defense hardware, influence strategic decisions, and grow with a world class organization that invests in your development. If you're ready to lead a dynamic IPT, drive cutting edge technology into production, and make a measurable impact on national security, apply today and help keep Lockheed Martin at the forefront of missile and fire control innovation.
