Job Description
CSCI is seeking a Senior F‑35C Requirements & Integration SME with deep tactical aviation expertise to support OPNAV N98 in developing F‑35C capabilities, requirements, and fleet integration strategies. This position directly supports senior Navy leadership and plays a key role in shaping future air warfare capabilities.
This position is on-site, Monday-Friday. The primary duty location will be the Pentagon, with an alternate worksite in Springfield.

Compensation
Compensation at CSCI is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of CSCI's total compensation package.
Salary Range
$150,000 - $175,000 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Provide F‑35 operational, technical, and programmatic expertise to OPNAV N98 decision-makers
- Lead requirements development, capability assessments, and integration analysis
- Develop high‑visibility briefs, studies, and budget materials
- Evaluate trade space across cost, performance, and schedule
- Support test and evaluation, interoperability, and fleet integration analysis
- Coordinate across program offices, fleet commands, and joint/multinational partners
- Produce accurate, senior‑ready written products
Skills - Minimum of 12 Years Experience
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS with SCI eligibility (SSBI within 5 years)
- 12+ years of DoD experience
- Experience with F‑35 or relevant tactical aviation operations, training, test, or requirements
- Familiarity with JCIDS and Navy budget processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior military aviation experience (F‑35, FA‑18, test, FRS, TOPGUN/WTI)
- Experience developing executive-level briefs and white papers
- Program management or operational planning background
