ServiceNow Deployment Lead
Location: Arlington, VA – hybrid
Clearance: Secret clearance
The OBO ServiceNow Release Coordinator will own the end-to-end release/deployment process for OBO's ServiceNow Portal implementation (aka "rOBO"). This individual will oversee all activities for planning and preparation pertaining to Production releases.
Key responsibilities will include:
Owning the end-to-end release/deployment process for rOBO enhancements, including promotion of code through lower environments up to production and completion of associated testing.
Coordinating release activities and milestones between the team's functional analysts, developers, test automation lead, and the ServiceNow Platform Team in Diplomatic Technology (DT/ADD).
Communicating the status and any open issues for the upcoming release to the Government Project Manager (GPM) and AFS Team Project Manager (PM).
Monitoring status of issues which may impact the target release date.
Submitting any ad-hoc or hot-fix releases, troubleshooting requests, and impersonation requests with DT/ADD.
Attending the weekly DT/ADD Scrum of Scrum meeting once a week, and the OBO-DT/ADD Bi-weekly meeting. Communicating and tracking any updates or action items to developers and team members.
The successful candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with functional and technical team members, and have prior experience supporting and/or organizing software release actitivities. ServiceNow Platform deployment experience is strongly desired, but not required with suitable equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $100,000 to $125,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
