What You’ll Do:
We have an opportunity for a Logistics Analyst to support Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) efforts within NAVAIR’s Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office (PMA-271). In this role, you will assist with coordinating logistics activities, analyzing program requirements, supporting acquisition documentation, and tracking program execution across multiple stakeholders. This role requires an individual who can understand technical logistics requirements, evaluate lead times and supportability impacts, and assist with the development and management of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) activities for government programs.
- Analyze logistics requirements, schedules, and technical dependencies to identify program impacts and support informed decision-making.
- Assist with the development, review, and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and other acquisition documentation.
- Track logistics timelines, procurement lead times, delivery schedules, and contractor performance metrics.
- Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and technical teams to ensure program requirements are properly communicated and executed.
- Monitor program status, identify risks or delays, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Support program reviews, meetings, briefings, and reporting activities.
- Maintain program documentation, action item tracking, and logistics support records.
- Assist with contract execution support, including deliverable tracking and compliance monitoring.
- Provide analytical support for program planning, resource allocation, and sustainment activities.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, program management, Engineering, or a related field required. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
- Experience supporting government, defense, logistics, or acquisition programs preferred.
- Familiarity with Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) concepts and sustainment activities.
- Understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and government acquisition processes.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and logistics-related information.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Security Clearance Requirement:
- This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Salary Range:
- The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000, commensurate with an individual’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. ASEC is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation. The low end of this salary range is accounting for a candidate that meets all of the listed requirements.
