Chipton-Ross is seeking a Master Planner for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.

- Must have an active secret clearance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experiences with cost and/or schedule
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
- Deliver presentations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
- Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
- Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
- Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
- Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and • Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
- Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
- Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
- Experience with Milestones Professional software
- Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
- Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
