This position supports the Army Prepositioned Stocks - 4 (APS-4) Program located in Camp Humphreys, South Korea. The Operations Coordinator will comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR's Zero Harm program.
Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator will comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR's Zero Harm program. The Operations Coordinator will assist the Program Management Staff for all contractor operations and management functions; tracks, monitors, and administers APS-4 operational activities; reviews and analyzes Operations Orders (OPORDs), plans and taskings from AFSBn-NEA and higher headquarters and develops logistics contingency/exercise support; manages, resources, and coordinates special projects/taskings through completion; participates in the development and on-going analysis of productivity plans; organizes and prepares documents, files, and reports per the customer and contracting official's request in a timely manner; manages the process of compiling, analyzing and interpreting statistical data related to contract operations and initiates and develops corrective actions; oversees the preparation of weekly and monthly reports and extracts data from reports used in preparation of both USG and KBR monthly and quarterly briefing slides; works closely with the KBR HR Department on matters related to APS-4 workforce such as hiring, staffing, mobilization and demobilization of personnel; responsible for submission of required CDRL reports to the customer and receipt of required reports from the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Site Manager; provides administrative support to program management as needed; performs other duties as assigned.

- Track, monitor, and administer APS-4 operational activities; review and analyze Operations Orders (OPORDs), plans, and taskings from AFSBn-NEA and higher headquarters.
- Develop logistics contingency and exercise support plans; manage, resource, and coordinate special projects and taskings through completion.
- Participate in the development and ongoing analysis of productivity plans; organize and prepare documents, files, and reports per the customer and contracting official's request in a timely manner.
- Manage the process of compiling, analyzing, and interpreting statistical data related to contract operations; initiate and develop corrective actions as required.
- Oversee the preparation of weekly and monthly reports; extract data from reports used in preparation of USG and KBR monthly and quarterly briefing slides.
- Work closely with the KBR HR Department on matters related to APS-4 workforce management, including hiring, staffing, mobilization, and demobilization of personnel.
- Submit required CDRL reports to the customer; receive and process required reports from the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager.
- Provide administrative support to program management as needed.
- Comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR's Zero Harm program.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport.
- Possess an active Secret Clearance (mandatory).
- Ability to provide documentation to qualify as US EXPAT Invited Contractor Status and SOFA Visa IAW USFK 700-19 Regulation.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Production Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or related Engineering field. Equivalent experience in the Logistics Management Field may be substituted for part or all of the education/technical school requirement if deemed in the best interest of the company.
- In lieu of formal coursework, a combination of college credits, on-the-job training, other formalized training, or experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business operations with 7 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Ability to analyze data and brief senior leadership.
- Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Required to pass initial and periodic medical screening.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Certificate from a vocational school or other recognized source such as a military school with a major study in logistics/maintenance management is preferred.
- Completion of the Basic and Advanced Leadership Course, or equivalent.
