  • Maintain enterprise risk registers, compliance audit artifacts, control traceability documentation, and infrastructure compliance reports.
  • Conduct SIAM current-state assessments and gap analyses across vendors, ITSM processes, governance structures, and service delivery models.
  • Support development of SIAM governance frameworks, operating models, policies, Integrated Service Management plans, service workflows, process maps, service catalogs, and SLA/OLA alignment.
  • Support ITSM tool configuration, workflow automation, integration activities, and multi-vendor service coordination.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives, service improvement plans, performance monitoring, reporting, risk management, and compliance artifact tracking.
  • Develop automation runbooks, orchestration pipelines, operational logs, and technical documentation.
  • Support emerging technology pilots, innovation initiatives, and quarterly technology refresh recommendations.
  • Present technical findings, optimization strategies, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document and report on value delivery across infrastructure and SIAM initiatives to demonstrate impact and drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
