Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Industrial Security Analyst Level 2 or 3 at Beale AFB, CA.
This is a unique opportunity for a security analyst to gain comprehensive experience supporting a dynamic program. The selected candidate must be flexible and adaptive to evolving demands and unfamiliar tasks.
You will develop, administer, and manage security programs and procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment. This includes interpreting and applying relevant federal security regulations to company operations, obtaining rulings, interpretations, and permissible deviations to ensure compliance. You will create memorandums and standard operating procedures that detail regulatory requirements and establish protocols for handling, storing, and record keeping, as well as for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted information and assets. In addition, you will deliver security training, conduct audits, investigate violations, and produce reports outlining corrective actions. This role requires strong teamwork, collaboration in a high energy professional environment, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving demands and unfamiliar tasks. You will be accountable for all facets of the security program, with particular focus on facility access, classified material management, indoctrinations, debriefings, and coordination with government and company leadership.

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Assigned Responsibilities can include (but not limited to):
- Work closely and in cooperation with the local Program Security Management (PSM) team and government customer
- Facilitate the handling, storage and protection of classified information and assets in accordance with the national guidelines
- Maintain classified container program by conducting safe inspections, scheduling safe maintenance, to include issuing and changing combinations
- Assist the Top Secret Control Officer with program management and inventory • Perform personnel processing for clearance/access via applicable databases and coordinate with government agencies for badge and facility access to restricted areas Prepare transportation approval memorandums for Customer signature
- Coordinate with off-site locations to verify and catalogue receipt of transported records and assets
- Receive, dispatch, and safeguard classified information and equipment. Administers courier training and prepares classified packages for transport Prepare and disseminate security requirements, perform audits, and provide guidance on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrinations and debriefings • Advise indoctrinated personnel on their reporting responsibilities (e.g., foreign contact, foreign travel, criminal conduct, financial changes, and other significant life events); submits applicable documents related to adverse reporting • Assist COMSEC account management, to include key distribution/destruction, documentation, troubleshooting systems, and software upgrades • Conduct initial inquiries, perform investigations and write final reports related to security incidents and violations
Industrial Security Analyst Basic Qualifications:
- Level 2: Bachelors degree with 2 years of industrial security experience, Masters degree with 0 years OR an additional 4 years of industrial security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree
- Level 3: Bachelors degree with 5 years of industrial security experience, Masters degree with 3 years, PhD with 1 year OR an additional 4 years of industrial security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree
- Experience in applying DoD SAP Manuals to daily operations
- Knowledge of SAPF/SCIF construction standards (ICD 705, UL 2050, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days- a-week, and 365 days a year
- Must have the ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport
- Able to accept customer furnished quarters for a period of up to 120 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements
- Ability to meet medical requirements for worldwide travel
- Current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and able to maintain that clearance
- Ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Experience drafting, maintaining, and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Security Plans, and Concept of Operations documents
- Skilled in providing security-relevant training and briefing
- Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet iterative deadlines
