Part-Time PI2 / PI3 Scheduler
SITEC Consulting is seeking a Part-Time PI2 or PI3 Scheduler to support a short-term program need focused on office move planning and schedule coordination. This opportunity is expected to run for approximately 3–4 months, through the end of the fiscal year, with an anticipated end date around September/October.
This role is ideal for a program integrator or scheduler who is highly organized, comfortable working with senior customer stakeholders, and experienced developing dependency-driven schedules in Microsoft Project. The selected candidate will help document office moves, identify schedule dependencies, track risks, and coordinate updates across meetings, briefings, slides, and written communications.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a dependency-driven schedule documenting office move activities.
Use Microsoft Project to build, update, and track schedule status.
Identify key milestones, dependencies, risks, delays, and decision points.
Gather and interpret status updates from meetings, briefings, slides, written communications, and customer discussions.
Coordinate with Agency senior leaders, mission customers, and program stakeholders.
Support schedule reviews and help ensure office move activities remain visible, organized, and accurately tracked.
Communicate schedule impacts, risks, and areas requiring leadership attention.
Provide part-time programmatic and scheduling support through the end of the fiscal year.
