Description:You will be the Security Rep Senior on the MFC Archbald Security team. Our team is responsible for providing multi disciplined security support and managing internal security compliance and program activities for the Archbald facility.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Security Rep Senior, you will be responsible for interpretation and execution of contract security guidance, advising program leadership on assessed security risks, shaping policy, and protecting critical assets.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Implement, and administer security policies, procedures, and collateral security controls in compliance with the NISPOM, DFARS, and other related directives.
• Deliver security education and training programs for personnel and visitors.
• Investigate security incidents, draft corrective action reports, and drive preventive measures.
• Coordinate Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, and Subcontractor Management.
• Serve as the alternate FSO (AFSO)

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be willing to work on site approximately 100% of the work week.
• Knowledge of implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other directives and policies.
• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations based on limited and/or conflicting information is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations (teaming), and analytical skills.
• Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation (or CV date) within 5 years.
Desired Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a positive can-do attitude.
• Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations.
• Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
• Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Experience using DISS and SIMS.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
