Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes which includes referencing supply regulations, policies, and/or procedures to provide supply support to operations; using automated supply systems to prepare supply documents; monitoring stock data into various systems; and ensuring shipping documents are complete. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

- Incumbent must be cleared IAW requirements of AR 190-11, Physical Security of Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA E).
- This position is subject to the Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968 which makes it a felony for anyone who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence to ship, transport, possess, or receive firearms or ammunition.
- This position is covered by the Civilian Drug Abuse Testing Program governed by AR 600-85. The Army Substance Abuse Program. Incumbent is subject to random drug testing.
- Incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019, Condition of Employment for certain civilian positions identified as critical under the Department of the Army Drug Free Federal Workplace Program.
- This position requires the incumbent to meet the requirements of AMCR 350-4, Training and Certification Program of personnel working in ammunition operations.
