Job Description/Essential Functions:

Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business based in Huntsville, Alabama incorporated in 1992. BRC provides “best-value” technical and management solutions to a diverse government and commercial customer base in the following key business areas: test & evaluation, systems analysis & integration, security & intelligence, and R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time, on-site, non-personnel services of Information Technology (IT) support to the IT Department of the Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU), Panama City, FL.


• Provide Cybersecurity support for NEDU information systems.


• Support government-appointed ISSM/ISSO who will serve as the authoritative technical specialist in cybersecurity.


• Brief the ACIO/ISSM/ISSO on NEDU's IT system status to ensure all requirements are met.


• Facilitate resolutions of on-site technical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to obtain and maintain, at a minimum, a SECRET security clearance.
• Required to have and maintain an IAT Level II certification per DoD 8570.01M, Baseline Certifications Manual. In addition, the Contractor will have six months to obtain certification or training in the Operation Systems the Contractor will be supporting.
• CSWF members are required to provide proof of, at least, 20 hours of Continuing Education Credits per year to the CSWF Program Manager.
• This position is designated IT-I Critical-Sensitive. The Government will sponsor and adjudicate the mandatory Tier 5 investigation and Continuous Vetting (CV) to determine IT fitness and Top-Secret eligibility. The incumbent must successfully obtain and maintain these requirements; failure to do so will result in removal from the position. This position does not require access to Top Secret (TS) classified information.
