COLSA Corporation is hiring for a Special Access Program Security Manager in Tampa Florida!
The Special Access Program Security Manager will be responsible for delivering mission-critical industrial security support by ensuring strict compliance with security procedures and the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) to protect sensitive operations and national security interests.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Utilizes Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for visits (incoming and outgoing) including badge check-in and check-out procedures
- Responsible for maintaining document control in accordance with security policies and procedures
- Maintains security files and/or files containing security sensitive information
- May be responsible for maintenance of DD Form 254's.
- Responsible for the duplication and/or destruction of security sensitive information
- Assists with security portion of new hire orientation by conducting briefs on corporate security policies.
- Obtains, submits, and safeguards clearance applications for new employees.
- Monitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.
- Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel.
- Maintains liaison with outside agencies and keeps upper management informed of all security activities.
- Assists with the transition planning and coordination process for security.
- Involved in accident investigations and works closely with Human Resources.
- May serve as Synchronized Redeployment Operational Tracker (SPOT) Administrator for the company.
- Develops training materials and may conduct annual security briefings.
- May provide work leadership to lower-level security personnel.
- Draft and/or edit comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required for SAP facilities, assist with security inquiries and compliance inspections.
- Assist in verifying access levels for SAP meetings and conferences, escort duty as required, and Operations Security (OPSEC) plans and surveys.
- Assist in control and accountability of TS SAP documents, SAP media, spot checks on SAP facilities, annual SAP inventories and destruction records.
- Assist in tracking all Foreign Travel of SAP accessed personnel.
- Assist in drafting visit requests and access verification, manage and maintain SAP facility procedures for emergency and medical personnel.
- Assist in the certification of all SAP IT systems within organization along with Information Assurance (IA) Training Program, maintain and manage SAP facility IA procedures, ensure SAP team are prepared for inspections.
- Assist with SAP annual training requirements and the re-evaluation of personnel to include clearance verification, annual pre-screening questionnaires for personnel.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of security administration experience in industrial security program
- Prior SAP management/SAP facility management
- Must have a working proficiency of Microsoft Office tools
- Working knowledge of DISS; ITAR; eFCL; ISFD; SWFT; SIM (or similar security database)
- Excellent written communication, report writing, and presentation skills
- Active TS clearance is required with ability to maintain SCI
