Technical Project Manager .NET

Job Title: Project Manager Tech
Location: Remote
Clearance Required: Top Secret Clearance
Rate: $45/HR on W2+Benefits(Apart from PTO) (not much flex)

Top Skills
Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience, including Angular, Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
At least 3 years of leading remote development teams
Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee contractor workload to include assignment/management/report outs to leadership.
• Partner with technical and business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Attend requirements gathering meetings
• Assist with code review
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
• Conduct testing and trial runs to validate accuracy and performance of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities
• Analyze, review, and enhance programs using workflow charts, diagrams, and logical design techniques.
• Assist in analyzing user needs and designing effective software solutions.
• Assist in coding

Qualifications
Required:
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• 5 years relevant work experience with BS/BA
• Experience supporting and developing custom web-based applications
• Must have 5+ years of development experience
• Must have 3+ years leading remote team
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management
• Experience in Cloud Development

Preferred:
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience working with contract developers
• 5+ years of experience Angular
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server
• 5+ years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Website design
• Experience in Cloud development
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, code debugging and problem-solving skills for custom-built applications and databases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with others
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
