Training Specialist
This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered.
The Training Specialist will assist with CBP's Training Development.

Training Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate meetings and ad hoc projects, including agenda setting, tracking action items, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage and report on funding and budgets for projects, including submitting PRRs and tracking financial actions in TRIRIGA and SAP.
- Coordinate facilitation planning, including gathering information, formulating agendas, and documenting process improvements.
- Oversee PMO training execution, including monitoring compliance, developing training programs, managing the training SharePoint page, and assisting with course logistics.
- Support employee engagement through 'In the Know' sessions, coordinating Communities of Practice, and developing content for training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three years' experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
