Description
Leidos is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Deliverables Manager to support the Parts and Repair Ordering System (PROS7) program who will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of business challenges, requirements gathering and refinement, and process reengineering. PROS 7 is a single-award IDIQ with a $4.3B ceiling providing acquisition support for non-standard items and complex repairs and serves as a contracting vehicle for specialized technical services in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers across the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Army.
The Deliverables Manager will ensure that requirements and milestones are met, develop project plans and schedules, and provide visibility into contract performance. This position requires a deep understanding of industry practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and client project team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing deliverables for government contracts, a strong background in project planning, and the ability to work independently to achieve operational results and project objectives.
There is a strong preference for candidates located near Beavercreek, OH who can work in a hybrid environment. Remote candidates will also be considered if they are able to travel as needed to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliverables Management: Monitor, track, and all deliverables and CDRLs required under the PROS7 contract, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and deadlines.
- Project Planning: Develop budgets, schedules, and project plans to meet contractual and program requirements. Provide visibility into contract performance and delivery timelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and define program plan requirements, delivery timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and report on performance to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Problem Resolution: Address unclear or complex problems by conducting thorough analyses and applying domain knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and client project team members to influence solution design, processes, and approaches. Provide regular updates on deliverables status and program performance. Strong cross functional experience is required.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals to ensure consistent quality and adherence to program objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards, program requirements, and regulatory guidelines, including ITAR, FAR, and DFARS.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all deliverables, including submission timelines, approvals, and revisions. Able to leverage AI/automation tools to ensure efficient management of deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. Citizenship required; Currently possess or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Proven track record in managing deliverables and CDRLs for government contracts.
- Experience in project planning, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Full understanding of concepts, principles, and industry practices within deliverables management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and client project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations (e.g., ITAR, FAR, DFARS).
- Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs or similar initiatives.
- Knowledge of best practices in deliverables management and project planning.
- Background in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or subcontracts.
- Active Secret clearance.
