PRISM is seeking a Change Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision, ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable, and well-managed requirements. This position is located On Site at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia 5 Days a Week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes to processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points.
Create and manage communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans to support change initiatives.
Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navigate transitions effectively.
Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implementation.
Monitor and evaluate change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting the change scope, schedule, or quality.
Act as a coach for leaders and executives, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS/EDUCATION)
High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility
Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements
Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with requirements management tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
ServiceNow understanding and experience
Lifecycle Management experience
DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE,CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND)
Certifications:
- PROSCI C
- PMP
