Operations? We are seeking a Business/Financial Manager to support Business Enterprise operations focused on budget execution, pricing, financial analysis, and Working Capital Fund (WCF) activities within a secure federal environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting and financial management expertise, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience supporting federal financial operations. This role requires the ability to analyze complex accounting issues, support senior leadership, and collaborate across financial and operational stakeholders.
In This Role, You’ll:
• Support budget execution, pricing, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Perform financial planning and analysis (FP&A) supporting operational and business objectives
• Analyze and resolve complex accounting and financial management issues
• Support federal financial statement preparation, audit readiness, and financial reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain financial models, pricing structures, and reporting tools
• Provide Working Capital Fund (WCF) oversight, analysis, and operational support
• Deliver executive-level briefings and financial recommendations to senior program managers and stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between financial teams, business units, and leadership
• Support client relationship management and strategic financial consulting efforts
• Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to develop reports, dashboards, and financial analyses
• Support agency financial systems, processes, and reporting requirements
You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal financial statement auditing, preparation, or analysis
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex accounting issues
• 3+ years of experience briefing and supporting senior program managers
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
• Availability to work onsite in Warrenton, VA
• Availability to support an annualized 1,860-hour work commitment
• Proven client-facing consulting experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and reporting
• Strong accounting, budget execution, pricing, and financial analysis experience
• Experience supporting Working Capital Funds (WCF) or similar federal financial environments
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with agency financial systems, processes, and personnel
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Federal Government financial operations
• Familiarity with Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodologies
• Experience supporting sponsor finance, budget, or accounting offices
• Knowledge of federal budgeting and financial compliance processes
