Sourceree Government Solutions is currently seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. supporting the Department of War (DoW). This individual will be instrumental in seamlessly integrating business operations, productivity tools, and ensuring close collaboration to facilitate staff actions for senior leaders.

About The Role:
Are you motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail? Sourceree is looking for a dynamic Program Analyst to support the Department of War (DoW) on-site. This position provides vital program and business operation management and support to Senior Leadership, and assists with supporting decision-making through correspondence through processing packages and monitoring the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) for task completion. This position provides high-level administrative support, handling information requests, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings / coordinating calendars, and preparing materials for briefings and presentations. Key duties also involve preparing documentation in line with DoD guidelines, supporting high-level meetings, assisting with communications, special projects, and may include handling travel arrangements in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
This role is on-site 5 days per week.
Essential Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the client and management.
Assist in strategic planning and special projects, providing organizational and administrative support.
Prepare and proofread classified and unclassified documentation, adhering to DoD guidelines.
Coordinate and prepare materials for briefings, presentations, and meetings, often involving senior leadership.
Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
Process (i.e. initiate, review, edit, reject, summarize, forward, and brief) packages and monitor the CATMS, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Support high-level meetings, managing agendas, tracking action items, and preparing meeting summaries.
Manage and prioritize the Directors’ calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and events.
Oversee travel logistics, including DTS arrangements, and prepare travel reports.
Minimum Job Requirements
US Citizenship
Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
Associate’s degree (A.A./A.S.) in Business Management, Management, or related field. Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred.
Two (2) years’ experience supporting Department of War senior leaders/executives or other government agency.
Proficiency in using the CATMS or equivalent experience, managing schedules, travel, and logistics in classified environments, using DTS.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting, reviewing, formatting, and polishing complex documents (presentations, strategic reports, briefings) that support key strategies or policies.
Highly adaptable with a proactive mindset; able to anticipate needs. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks.
Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
Travel requirements: < 5%
