Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Support Analyst to assist in the formulation, refinement, and execution of strategic plans in support of overarching transformation office mission requirements. This individual will collaborate closely with transformation office leadership to align ongoing and short-term actions with long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop communication strategies to actively promote the transformation office's achievements, capabilities, and ongoing opportunities.
• Edit briefings, executive summaries, and informational materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
• Ensure all messaging aligns with operational security requirements and organizational objectives.
Job Requirements:
• US citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.
• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to analyze mission requirements and translate them into effective, actionable strategic development plans.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and design visually appealing briefings, infographics, and multimedia presentations that translate complex operational data into engaging narratives.
• Demonstrated creativity in developing and executing non-traditional outreach campaigns, engagement initiatives, and marketing strategies to attract new mission partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex operational data into clear, actionable executive briefings.
• Must be adaptable to a dynamic environment, possess outside-the-box creativity, and demonstrate a "how can we get this done" resiliency.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with internal Missile Defense Agency (MDA) policies and operational processes.
