Job Description
The Operations Support Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assist in defining mission objectives and deliverables. This individual will also participate in the initial planning and formulation of project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, track, and optimize comprehensive project schedules.
• Identify critical path milestones and ensure timelines align with operational goals.
• Assist with day-to-day project operations oversight, including coordinating resources, identifying risks for management and mitigation, and ensuring alignment with project baselines.
• Support project closure procedures by compiling and storing required final documentation, assisting with drafting after-action reports, and tracking administrative tasks through completion.
Job Requirements:
US citizenship and a secret level security clearance is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience in project coordination, program management, or direct operations support.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint) and data visualization platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze project schedules, identify critical path bottlenecks, and propose schedule mitigation strategies.
• Strong ability to analyze operational data and build reporting dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief leadership and draft clear, concise documentation.
• Ability to ensure all operational changes and new processes strictly adhere to DoDI directives, CUI handling guidelines, and IL5/IL6/IL7 security protocols as applicable.
• Must be adaptable to a dynamic environment and possess creative, "how can we get this done" problem-solving resiliency.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with internal Missile Defense Agency (MDA) policies and operational processes.
