Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) seeks a Test Engineer (Entry-Level) to join our team in Heath, OH (35 minutes East of Columbus, Ohio) that produces hardware for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy Guidance, and other military programs.

Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in gathering and analyzing requirements for test measurement systems.
- Assist in the development of test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition to perform the test within the constraints of the test plan.
- Develop solutions to calibration systems problems.
- Perform data analysis, develop and utilize data processing tools.
- Design simple component level hardware or software.
- Use analytical tools to verify design.
- Verify collection of complete data sets.
- Maintain test logs, prepare simple test report and archive data.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Related engineering experience through internships, co-ops, or academic projects.
- If not already within commuting distance to Heath, OH, willingness and ability to relocate at your own expense.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

- Knowledge of military hardware.
- Experience starting production lines.
- Understanding of nonconformance processes.
- Experience with vibration and thermal stress test setups.
- Schematic experience.
- Production support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting analog and digital electronic devices.
