Global Dimensions is seeking a Task Lead to serve as the contractor's dedicated on-site lead at MacDill AFB, FL, and will act as the primary contractor interface with the Government COR, Technical Representative, contractor personnel, and supported command stakeholders.
This position is contingent upon award.
The Task Lead will manage daily contract execution, workforce coordination, reporting, quality control, issue resolution, and mission continuity for a geographically dispersed SOF Lessons Learned workforce. The position supports the Lessons Learned Program through collection, validation, analysis, resolution, evaluation, and dissemination of observations, insights, lessons, and best practices across SOF operations, exercises, wargames, experiments, operational planning teams, working groups, and related force development and force design events.

The position supports the Lessons Learned Program through collection, validation, analysis, resolution, evaluation, and dissemination of observations, insights, lessons, and best practices across SOF operations, exercises, wargames, experiments, operational planning teams, working groups, and related force development and force design events.
The Task Lead will perform the following duties:
- Serve as the contractor's on-site representative, liaison, and primary point of interface with contractor personnel, the Government Technical Representative, and the COR.
- Ensure task order requirements are met within allocated resources while balancing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Execute day-to-day management and administration of project tasks.
- Direct and coordinate contractor workforce activities to complete assigned tasks in accordance with scheduled milestones, budgetary constraints, and Government priorities.
- Synchronize, standardize, and quality-control the Discover, Validate, Resolve, Evaluate, and Disseminate process across HQ, subordinate commands, SOF Components, TSOCs, and forward-deployed commands.
- Oversee, analyze, and evaluate DOTMLPF-P implications for identified observations, insights, lessons, findings, and recommendations.
- Coordinate OCONUS pre-deployment requirements, including TESA, ECOPS/DOCPER, SPOT, and other theater- or country-specific requirements.
- Manage CONUS and OCONUS administrative requirements, including travel, clearances, country bulletins, reports, and related coordination.
- Coordinate with subordinate and forward-deployed command Government personnel to ensure Lessons Learned Program processes meet mission requirements.
- Interact consistently with senior military leadership.
- Collect DOTMLPF-P metrics used to brief senior leadership on the effectiveness of contractor support.
- Design and develop products for worldwide dissemination to enhance SOF exercises, training, wargames, experiments, and operations.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Five years of program management experience as a Task Lead on a DoD contract as a contractor. The qualifying Task Lead experience must be current or must have ended no earlier than 22 May 2025.
- Minimum one year of command experience as an O-5.
- Three years of staff experience at USSOCOM Headquarters or five years at a SOF Component Command / TSOC.
- Master's degree in Program Management, Business, National Defense, Homeland Security, or related field or graduate of a U.S. Military War College that issues a master's certificate.
- One year of experience using unclassified and classified collaborative communications systems such as MS Teams, Zoom, or similar virtual meeting platforms.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior staff experience supporting USSOCOM, a Theater Special Operations Command, JSOC, or a SOF Component Command.
- Experience supporting military lessons learned programs, including collection, validation, analysis, resolution, evaluation, and dissemination of observations, insights, lessons, and best practices.
- Experience using JLLIS or comparable military lessons learned databases, knowledge management systems, or collaborative information repositories.
- Experience supporting DOTMLPF-P analysis, SOF capability development, SOFCIDS, force development, force design, or related headquarters staff processes.
- Experience briefing or advising senior military leaders, Government program leads, CORs, Technical Representatives, or headquarters staff leadership.
- Experience coordinating or managing OCONUS deployment requirements, including TESA, SOFA, ECOPS/DOCPER, SPOT, country clearances, theater entry requirements, travel coordination, and clearance coordination.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed contractor or military teams across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Experience reviewing or producing After Action Reports, executive summaries, trip reports, information papers, country bulletins, Lessons Learned Bulletins, senior-leader briefings, or other command-level analytical products.
- Experience operating in classified environments and using classified communication or collaboration systems.
- Experience managing contractor performance, staffing continuity, issue resolution, deliverable tracking, and customer interface on DoD contracts.
