Job Description:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Proposal Manager. The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of proposal development from pre-proposal through submittal for opportunities of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with capture managers and technical SMEs to plan, manage, and develop compliant and compelling proposal content for the federal government across a wide range of Defense, Civilian, and Intelligence agencies. The Proposal Manager is a key member of our proposal operations team that includes proposal managers, proposal writers, graphic artists, and proposal coordinators and will report directly to our Senior Director of Proposal Operations.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include pre-proposal support (solutioning and RFI responses) and developing a proposal master outline/compliance matrix, leading the kickoff and status meetings, developing, and managing the proposal schedule. The Proposal Manager will work with SMEs and writers to plan and develop compelling proposal content such as technical and management approaches, past performances, and resumes. In addition, the Proposal Manager will lead color reviews and the resolution of reviewer recommendations, coordinating with pricing and contracts, and overseeing formatting and production activities. She/he will proactively identify and resolve issues and gaps, keep senior leaders informed, collaborate across the company, leveraging our wide range of corporate capabilities. She or he will help maintain the accuracy of the Past Performance Library.

The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of proposal development from pre-proposal through submittal for opportunities of varying size and complexity. Basic Requirements:
- 5 + years of experience as a Proposal Manager for federal government proposals.
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Business, Technical, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A proven track record of managing, supporting and winning complex proposals within the federal market ranging from single award and task orders of $5M to $100M+ and including IDIQ's and BPA's.
- Ability to communicate effectively, guide writers and manage proposal content.
- Proposal writing and editing skills.
- Owns and is accountable for compelling and compliant proposals.
- Employs a comprehensive understanding of the Shipley Proposal Process, and industry (APMP) best practices.
Additional Qualifications:
- Skill/experience with MS SharePoint.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office suite including, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Some knowledge and experience of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Proposals.
- Experience with Orals presentations.
