Description:
You will be the GSC Asc. Manager for the Camden Supply Chain Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing site-level supply chain activities for the Munitions Acceleration programs (PAC-3, PrSM, THAAD Interceptor).

As the GSC Asc. Manager you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply-chain execution across multiple critical munitions programs while leading a dedicated analyst team.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
*Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
*Experience in Global Supply Chain with Defense Contracting
*Strong presentation and communication skills
*Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
*Ability to implement change in which to improve processes
*Effective communication with various customers and collaborators.
*This position requires someone who can methodically solve problems, has the ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in a team environment.
Desired Skills:
*Global Supply Chain experience on a Munitions Acceleration program or program with significant historical ramp is preferred
*Experience managing a team
*Strategic problem solving ability
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Description:
You will be the GSC Asc. Manager for the Camden Supply Chain Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing site-level supply chain activities for the Munitions Acceleration programs (PAC-3, PrSM, THAAD Interceptor).
What You Will Be Doing
As the GSC Asc. Manager you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply-chain execution across multiple critical munitions programs while leading a dedicated analyst team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee supply chain execution for PAC-3, THAAD Canister, and PrSM Camden deliverables, ensuring material availability and on-time delivery.
- Analyze and resolve supply chain issues, identifying improvement areas and implementing process enhancements.
- Directly manage a team of five analysts across three programs, providing guidance and performance oversight.
- Partner with SEMAC, program supply chain, and Enterprise Operations to synchronize strategies and drive lead-time improvements and cost reductions.
- Travel up to 25% annually to support munitions acceleration, supply-chain recovery, and cross-site visits.
