VTC Technician Associate

Plateau Group is seeking an Associate VTC Technician to join our team. The VTC Technician is responsible for hosting, setup, tracking and coordinating VIP meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Support all VTC operations
• Support day-to-day VTC setup, scheduling, troubleshooting, maintenance, in-call support, and training on VTC equipment
• Verify calendars, support scheduling of various rooms, and coordinating with VIPs
• Support replacement of equipment and installation of replacement equipment
• Support MS Teams meetings in the same capacity as VTC when hosted in a conference room
• Coordinate conference room schedules via multiple calendars
• Submit/track equipment warranty requests and trouble tickets when required
• Document work completed in a local ticketing system
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To get started, you must have:

• Secret clearance
• Good communication and schedule awareness skills
• Basic knowledge of video telecommunications hardware and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Advanced A/V and VTC experience
• Ticketing system and metric experience
