Training eLearning Lead

Job Description:
The Training eLearning Lead will support end-to-end training design and development to support the modernization of the project’s Managed Service. We are looking for a critical thinker who is eager to learn, detail oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment following an Agile delivery cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with VA Client SMEs and collaborate across internal teams to support the following activities:
- Apply adult learning principles to design learning objectives, instructional strategies, and assessment strategies.
- Draft storyboards that translate technical system requirements into accessible language tailored to the unique needs of end users.
- Develop eLearning modules using NextGen tools, including Adobe Captivate, Audacity, Camtasia, etc.
- Create user guides and other job aids.
- Confirm 508 compliance across work products.
- Maintain VA and DGIB brand consistency and writing conventions across work products.
- Support live training events.
Required Skills:
Adobe Captivate and/or Camtasia, Training Design, Training Development, JIRA.
Desired Skills:
Audacity, Adobe Pro Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Agile Delivery, 508 Compliance.
