Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Applying applicable laws, ordinances and codes to govern construction, leasing, renting, location, operation, and utilization of housing projects or facilities and developing related plans, directives, and other administrative guides. Applying housing management principles, concepts involving the full range of housing activities including referral, furnishing, and equipment management. Developing and proposing housing expenditures to agency officials authorized to grant approvals. Participating in the development, preparation and analysis of local community design/construction and organization standards, community planning, facility design, and financial costs to overall program objectives. Recommending program and development plans to determine privatization feasibility for construction, renovations, improvements and maintenance facilities. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

- You will provide guidance and direction to various team members during privatization efforts to develop plans, timelines, strategies and policies.
- You will provide leadership and administrative supervision including: planning, scheduling, assigning work, evaluating and comparing the specific privatized efforts.
- You will participate in the development of procedures and policies to assure integration of the activities with other Joint Base and other base organization functions
- You will Plans review, coordinates implementing engineering and financial strategies, and procedures for the planning, development, acquisition, and execution of private sector initiatives.
- You will ensure safe, affordable, quality housing for target tenants, Air Force and Navy military families, through private sector financing via field observations and evaluations of developer performance.
