Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to support United States Space Force (USSF) in developing and deploying defensive cyber capabilities in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) and Combat Forces Command (CFC).

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager with MTSI, you focus on analyzing and understanding our client's defensive cyber capabilities that we help produce, as well as the various USSF mission systems to which our capabilities are deployed. You will lead small, matrixed teams to coordinate with the mission system owners and deploy the capabilities. These deployment efforts are fast-paced micro-projects, requiring smart, adaptable, engaging analyst leaders.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $140,000/year to $190,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. - Review, analyze, and understand technical documentation/baselines for our capabilities and various mission systems.
- Communicate basic technical understanding and business case to mission system owners and internal client leadership.
- Lead teams on capability deployments, may include travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
- Determine and report metrics to promote efficiency and continuous process improvement to deliver capabilities faster.
Qualifications Required:
- Small team leadership/Project Management
- Experience with Data Analytics
- KPI and Metrics creation and reporting
- Entrepreneurial and Motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years' experience with MA/MS; 18+ years with BA/BS
Desired Experience:
- Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command
- Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (SSC/SZWO) program office
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, BS preferred; MA/MS desired; with MS/MA, 10 years' experience required
Clearance:
- Top Secret (TS) security clearance, with SCI eligibility.
Location/Travel Requirements:
- Place of work is Colorado Springs, at Government site. You may be required to travel periodically, less than 20%.
