Position Overview The Senior Operational Concept Analyst will primarily support the Capabilities Development Branch and be responsible for understanding and interpreting the technical and operational basis of Joint IAMD including understanding Joint employment concepts, operational requirements, and doctrine for conducting active IAMD. This position will perform architecture analysis in the IAMD domain in coordination with other DoD organizations, federal government organizations, and international allies and partners.

Essential Job Function
- Understand and interpret the technical and operational basis of Joint IAMD including Joint employment concepts, operational requirements, and doctrine
- Perform architecture analysis in the IAMD domain in coordination with other DoD organizations, federal government organizations, and international allies and partners
- Understand, interpret, and coordinate DoD architecture policies, framework, and management
- Support development and evaluation of operational concepts, architectures, analyses, demonstrations, exercises, roadmaps, and assessments
- Assist with duties assigned from the I-JROC and the Multinational IAMD Community of Practice (MIC)
- Support requirements processes, identify possible materiel solutions, and support analytical efforts related to joint integrated fire control
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility
- Master's degree
- At least ten (10) years of professional experience within IAMD or a related area
- Minimum of five (5) years supporting the Joint Staff, OSD, Service HQ, or CCMD HQ
- Experience with DoD architecture frameworks and analysis
- Familiarity with Joint employment concepts and IAMD doctrine
- Experience coordinating with international allies and partners on IAMD matters
