Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
Essential Functions
- Analyze customer requirements to develop project schedules, set milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Apply sound judgment when evaluating options and making decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews to maintain high standards across the project lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and presentations for senior leadership.
- Use research and analytical tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manage POA&M items to track progress, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Maintain security documentation, authorization status, and continuous monitoring within eMASS.
- Advise customers on improving policies, processes, and procedures.
- Perform quality reviews of prime contractor deliverables and cyber documentation.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of RMF, Computer Network Defense, and Vulnerability Management.
- Work independently with minimal guidance and maintain strong communication and professionalism.
- Collaborate with government and contract teams to reduce organizational risk.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues and support mitigation strategies.
- Train and mentor basic-level employees.
- Use cybersecurity tools (ACAS, ESS, Tanium, SIEM, eMASS) to produce accurate reports and deliverables.
- Pursue advanced knowledge and skills in support of higher-level responsibilities.
- Deliver high-quality work requiring minimal revisions.
Required Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelors in STEM / Program Management / Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution with at least 5 Years of cyber management experience
- Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree in other than STEM / Cyber-related field with 7 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
- Acceptable alternative: Associates degree in STEM / Cyber-related field w/ 10 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
- IAM II Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
- eMASS Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
