Radiance University Intern

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned prime contractor serving the DoD, national intelligence community, and other government agencies, is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Intern to join our Radiance University team. In this role, you will assist in data compilation / presentation, help plan and execute events, and support our broader learning and development initiatives.

This is a paid internship working up to 40 hours/week.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate majoring in Business Administration or a related field. GPA of 3.5 is required (please list on your resume to be considered)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Required Experience

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented as well as self-motivated, goal-oriented and possess good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to be proactive, show initiative and work quickly in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience desired.
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
• Exemplary attention to detail
