Job Description
Title: VoIP Engineer (SIPR/NIPR)
Client: U.S. Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)
Location: Saudi Arabia

The Engineer shall install, provision, operate, troubleshoot, test, and maintain VoIP telephony infrastructure. Install and maintain the telephony hardware and software, including any firmware updates. Ensure voice clarity and prioritization of voice traffic across the network, as necessary. Maintain the dial plan and provide documentation including user instructions for using the system. Shall maintain Analog lines to the MDF, Telephone Interface Systems, and Associated Equipment.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance of the long haul and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications systems supporting the mission essential voice communications including the VoIP long haul connection to CONUS to provide morale and welfare calling back to CONUS. There is currently a single connection to CONUS with 2 points in CONUS for morale and welfare calling.
The Government estimates the level of effort (LOE) required to successfully perform the tasks in this section is equivalent to one-half (0.5) Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs). This is a non-binding estimate provided for proposal planning purposes
