Job Description
Title: Desktop Support Technician
Client: U.S. Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Clearance:
Secret
Provide NIPR/SIPR desktop support including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of computers, networks, peripherals and cabling. The person shall keep a list of all approved hardware and software that is maintained on the network and the status of where it is in the lifecycle and the warranty.
The person shall assist users to resolve problems with equipment and data implementation solutions or notify outsource providers as required
Asset tracking including warranty
The person should provide full NIPR/SIPR desktop and network connectivity support, including workstation diagnostics, software support, installation and configuration of network infrastructure, cabling, connectivity maintenance, outage response, preventive maintenance, and coordination with subcontractors for inside and outside plant communications systems. The person must also maintain compliant and secure systems, support troubleshooting, manage cable infrastructure, provide on-call support, and maintain updated technical drawings/documentation.
