Job Description
Title: Help Desk Technician
Client: U.S. Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)
Location: Saudi Arabia

The help desk person shall be familiar with technologies related to telecommunications, wireless, OSP/ISP cable plants, wide area networks, and computer and servers. The Help Desk technician shall be able to enter data into the ticketing system and shall coordinate trouble tickets with other support Contractors and support personnel for resolution as applicable, and as necessary. The technician shall enter data in appropriate fields to sufficiently detail network and systems outages, troubleshooting, and fix actions by each technician working on a ticket.
