Job Description
SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers’ global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in the most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security. Position is contingent on award.
Position Summary
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Medical Office Support Specialist to support Naval Special Warfare Group ONE medical logistics operations. The position supports the NSWG-1 Medical Logistician and Medical Department LCPO with medical inventory management, Tactical Combat Casualty Care program inventory, NSW Authorized Medical Allowance List maintenance, documentation, ordering support, and medical warehouse organization.
Primary Responsibilities
The Medical Office Support Specialist will:
• Assist the NSWG-1 Medical Logistician with inventory management and control of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care Program of Record.
• Support ordering, cyclic re-outfitting, tracking, and issuance of TCCC block modules for NSWG-1 requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for TCCC block modules using DPAS or another authorized Government property management system.
• Prepare accurate issuance documentation and support distribution to NSWG-1 SEAL Teams.
• Assist with maintenance, inventory, and accountability of NSW Authorized Medical Allowance Lists.
• Maintain medical warehouse organization, inventory control, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Support monthly reporting inputs as required by the COR.
• Perform duties independently with minimal Government oversight and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have:
• Active SECRET security clearance at the start of performance.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience within the last 5 years in inventory management concepts, practices, and procedures, including Government or industry best practices and an understanding of AMALs.
• Valid state driver’s license compliant with REAL ID Act.
• Ability to operate Government-owned trucks, vans, and forklifts; CDL is not required unless separately specified.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of installation-level and strategic logistics programs and systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain base access.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and recurring/random drug testing requirements for sensitive positions.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong candidates will also have:
• Prior NSW, DoD, Navy, Marine Corps, or SOF medical logistics experience.
• Hands-on DPAS or equivalent Government property/accountability system experience.
• Experience with TCCC block modules, Class VIII / medical materiel, AMALs, or tactical medical kits.
• Experience preparing issue/turn-in documentation and reconciling inventories.
• Familiarity with NIPRNET/SIPRNET operating environments.
