Position Summary
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a qualified Site Security Coordinator (SSC) to support secure construction surveillance operations for a DoD customer in the San Diego, CA area. The SSC will assist the Site Security Manager with oversight of construction security surveillance activities, documentation, CST coordination, inspection processes, and implementation of the Construction Security Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Site Security Manager with oversight of construction site security surveillance activities, inspection documentation, and Construction Security Plan implementation.
Support oversight of Construction Surveillance Technician activities, including field work, reporting quality, and documentation quality control.
Assist with developing inspection methods, procedures, surveillance plans, and site security documentation.
Coordinate with CST personnel to document security violations, deviations, anomalies, and non-compliant activities.
Ensure ICD-705 and related secure construction requirements are implemented and elevate non-compliant activities to the Site Security Manager.
Assist with compiling, drafting, and submitting physical and TEMPEST accreditation documentation.
Compile CST daily and weekly reports, SSC documentation reports, and weekly security documentation packages.
Support corrective action for security staff performance or surveillance issues.
Required Qualifications
Current, active U.S. Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Minimum seven years of construction experience. Security experience may supplement up to two years of construction experience when directly related to DoD SCIF construction or physical security.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid certificate showing successful completion of a 40-hour or greater ICD 705 construction training course.
Working knowledge of ICD/ICS-705 Technical Specifications, demonstrated through experience on multiple ICD-705 projects.
Ability to perform job-related physical activities for extended periods, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling.
U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain installation access, including personnel and vehicle access as required.
Schedule
Primary work hours are expected to follow a standard 8-hour workday with a 30-minute lunch, generally scheduled between 0600 and 1800. Weekend work may be required depending on the construction schedule.
