Join us as a Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Flight Test Project Engineer Sr -- Level 3 . In this role as part of the famed Skunk Works® Flight Test Engineering team, you'll provide support in a fast paced, dynamic environment exploring state-of-the-art technical solutions using thoughtful cost controls and techniques. You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) leveraging Test and Evaluation control
accounts for a specific program.
These duties include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical
performance for each assigned Control Account (CA). You will work closely with the Flight Test Lead and Test Team to ensure the program business rhythms provide the appropriate visibility required to ensure program performance is effectively monitored and complete all applicable tasks and actions in accordance with the
EVMS requirements. As CAM, you should be aware of all EVMS issues for all assigned control accounts with corrective actions in place that address the root cause(s) of these issues.
Some shift, extended hours, weekend work and travel may be required
** Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. No dual citizenship will be considered.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects from development to execution meeting cost and schedule constraints
• Previous CAM or CAM delegate experience
• Previous proposal, BOE, and/or negotiations experience
• Risk and Opportunity Management experience
• Demonstrated experience in affordability initiatives or projects
Desired Skills:
• College degree
• Familiarity with Flight Test programs
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Proposal development
• Configuration management
• Positive customer interactions
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
