Work Location: NAVWAR OT1 PMW 740 spaces (San Diego, CA)
Travel: Minimum 25% (OCONUS to the European AOR)
Clearance: Active DoD Secret
This role serves as the C4I Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Ukraine Maritime Project, supporting NAVEUR and USEUCOM priorities. You will assist the Technical Director (TD) and Case Manager in defining requirements, evaluating architectures, and aligning new technologies with Partner Nation missions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements & LoR: Assist in developing Letters of Request (LoR) and outlining technical requirements.
- Engineering Analysis: Lead Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), architecture/integration analysis, and Technology Transfer/Export activities.
- Technology Alignment: Ensure new C4I technologies align seamlessly with Partner Nation CONOPS and mission goals.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong C4I System of Systems (SoS) and network engineering background.
- Expertise in Tactical Data Links, specifically Link-16.
- Exceptional communication skills for 25%+ travel and international stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional systems engineering experience.
