In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain organizational information systems and databases
- Generate regular operational, financial, and performance reports
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements
- Monitor data integrity, security, and system performance
- Support implementation and upgrades of enterprise software applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams/vendors
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership
- Train employees on system usage and best practices
- Assist with data migration, integration, and automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and solutions
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to obtain and maintain your Secret clearance post-employment.
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- A High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or an Associates degree and 2 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- 1 year of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work a Hybrid schedule and be on-site at our Arlington, Virginia office three days a week.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Additional Beneficial Qualifications:
- An acitve or current Secret Clearance.
- Experience in MIS, business systems, or IT support.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and data integration platforms
- Certification in data analytics, project management, or IT systems preferred
- Work experience in the Military/Navy is a plus
- Experience with working with MIL-STDs, MIL-SPECS, and NAVSEA drawings
- Experience writing or editing technical requirements
- Ability to be on-site at our Arlington, Virginia office three days a week
- Experience with PLM, ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems
- Knowledge of database management and data analysis techniques
