Application Developer Lead
Location: Washington, DC
Required Clearance: Public Trust

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead will translate business and system requirements into Microsoft technical solutions and lead development teams in building enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
- Oversee development of software architecture implementations including integration points, data flows, and technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards across multiple teams.
- Provide technical guidance on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
- Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and testing approaches.
- Collaborate with Systems Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and provide mentorship to development team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Production Support teams to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of applications.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for technology stack improvements.
- Provide daily supervision and direction to development staff.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Microsoft Tech Stack Experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building large-scale web and mobile applications using React.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical or scientific field ; Masters preferred
