You will be the Associate Quality Assurance Analyst for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across the program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for interfacing with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel to investigate non-conformance issues and drive root-cause corrective actions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree and 1+ year of experience or equivalent combined experience/education.
Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance and must have at least an interim secret security clearance prior to start.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
Prior related experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or corrective action.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

- Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Conduct hardware quality audits (HQAs) and Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) walk-downs.
- Prepare CAB and work audit findings, implementing preventive measures.
- Participate in product, process, and surveillance audit/assessment activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program and functional quality initiatives.
