Job Description
Launch your professional journey with an award-winning team! Kearney and Company is hiring an Project Management Team Aanalyst to join our team supporting one of the Federal government's largest agencies!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Submit account creation tickets and notify team members and team leads once accounts are created.
• Assist personnel with laptop setup, account validation, and Microsoft application setup upon request.
• Provide in-person onboarding assistance at the HQ office.
• Support new users with their initial login and walk them through app setup.
• Keep up to date with onboarding process changes and communicate updates team.
• Create and update onboarding guides as needed.
• Respond to inquiries troubleshoot laptop-related issues.
• Participate in PMT calls to review process changes and clarifications, GFE Management
• Track and document all changes involving laptops, including reassignments, roll-offs, and replacements.
• Request client laptops via email and provide/document required user information.
• Pick up client laptops from the designated location and complete login prior to leaving.
• Return client laptops from offboarded personnel.
• Emphasize proper client computer usage to team leads, especially when account losses occur.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client personnel on computer needs and returns.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of up to 1 year of working/internship experience.
• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
• Ability to come onsite in Alexandria, VA 2 days a week
• Be able travel when needed around the DMV area
• Ability to obtain and maintain an U.S. Secret (or higher, such as Top Secret or TS/SCI) security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Proficient skills in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with the Federal Government and/or DoW clients
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Interim Secret or higher

The expected salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $85,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
