Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Program Analyst to work in Stafford, VA in a hybrid capacity. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
The selected candidate will support senior leadership, by analyzing contractor-provided documentation, developing recommendations based on findings, and preparing executive summaries and white papers. This role provides program management, analytical, and acquisition support for ongoing defense programs, while assisting with planning, audits, evaluations, and policy development activities.

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Program Analyst to work in Stafford, VA in a hybrid capacity. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.

This role provides program management, analytical, and acquisition support for ongoing defense programs, while assisting with planning, audits, evaluations, and policy development activities.
The Program Analyst will:
- Conduct acquisition strategy research and assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining program documentation and configuration control within the PM AAA portal.
- Support the development, tracking, and maintenance of acquisition and program management documents, including program briefs, organizational charts, staffing reports, and schedules.
- Review technical and administrative documents for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and compliance with DoD and USMC policies and standards.
Develop and maintain executive-level briefings, including IPT briefs, Congressional briefs, Milestone (MS) briefs, Gate Review briefs, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). - Maintain and update high-level and detailed program schedules to support leadership briefings and program execution.
- Participate in pre-brief and stakeholder meetings, document action items and recommended changes, and incorporate updates into final deliverables.
- Coordinate documentation and briefing review/approval processes with Government and contractor personnel.
- Provide analytical support and recommendations to senior leadership through written reports, white papers, and oral presentations.
- Maintain document configuration management, version control, proofreading, comment consolidation, and final approval tracking.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to support ongoing program activities and ensure effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience supporting DoD programs.
- Experience supporting ACAT I-III programs of record in a program management or analytical support capacity.
- Knowledge of DoD / U.S. Marine Corps documentation standards, formatting requirements, and acquisition policies.
- Experience researching acquisition strategies and supporting acquisition/program documentation development and schedule management.
- Proven ability to analyze complex program data and develop executive-level briefings, reports, and white papers.
- Experience collaborating with Government and contractor personnel to gather, review, and present program information and recommendations.
- Strong experience managing document configuration control, proofreading, version tracking, and approval workflows.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to brief and advise senior leadership effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Business Development

Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
