Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing and developing novel quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to measure project/program performance; 2) Providing guidance on the interpretation and application of highly complex federal regulations, policies, and directives; 3) Tracking and managing financial execution across complex portfolios; 4) Preparing comprehensive, detailed reports, executive briefings detailing analytical findings, financial status, and proposed courses of action. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.

- You will serve as a senior analyst and authoritative expert, directing comprehensive, evaluations of highly complex operations and organizational structures.
- You will serve as expert and advisor to leadership regarding the management, administration, and resource execution of assigned project/programs.
- You will oversee the analysis and tracking of financial execution across complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar portfolios spanning multiple appropriations.
- You will work with major, highly complex cross-functional project teams in the implementation of administrative processes or organizational requirements.
