1) Demonstrated experience in an industrial environment; 2) Experience in leading/supervising personnel; 3) Customer focused experience in managing/executing complex projects; 4) Skill sets in in Industrial Engineering practices, and principles, and 5) Expert knowledge and skill to assess and advice on the impact of changes in the industrial operations.

- This position is a branch head in the Facility and Plant Planning Division, of the Facility and Infrastructure Management Department, located at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East), Cherry Point, North Carolina.
- As Branch Head, the incumbent leads a team of engineers and technicians in developing, maintaining and improving production processes and providing support to the maintenance of the facility infrastructure.
