Job Description

Duties

  • Design, implement, deploy, maintain and support enterprise-level, local and regionwide content management, collaboration and office automation solutions supporting the CNRSE mission
  • Design, implement, deploy, maintain and support with a particular emphasis on DoD, DoN and CNIC enterprise online technologies and solutions, such as Microsoft SharePoint and other similar web-based portal technologies.
  • Manages and oversees the Department of Navy (DoN) IT Purchase Request (ITPR) program for CNRSE and reviews all CNRSE/Installation IT procurement packages to ensure that systems and applications are approved in advance of customer purchase.
  • Defines and validates the need for proposed systems, software and hardware acquisitions through consultation with program representatives.
  • Serves as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for CNRSE in regards to all CNIC enterprise portal technologies.
  • Serves as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for CNRSE but is not limited to, systems integration, web application development, content delivery, business workflow automation and web-based tools and services development.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Designing, implementing, deploying, maintaining and supporting enterprise online technologies and solutions, such as Microsoft SharePoint and other similar web-based portal technologies; 2) Experience in systems integration, web application development, content delivery, business work flow automation and web based tools and services development; and 3) Validating requirements from customers and stakeholders for proposed systems, software and hardware acquisitions through consultation with program representatives.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas:
