QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting for a Program Analyst, Intermediate to join our team to support our Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PM FPS) contract. This is a remote position with no less than 25% travel expected.
Duties:
Support the Automated Installation Entry (AIE) program by providing support to the team in the areas of Acquisition, Risk Management, Technical Reviews, Technology Readiness Assessments, and other Department of War product management applications.
Provide technical expertise in systems/network infrastructure, hardware/software integration, and system interfaces.
Write and review Requests for Proposal (RFPs), contractor proposals, white papers, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
Develop and document system specifications, parameters, and configurations aligned with business and architecture requirements.
Analyze, revise, and improve systems, workflows, and procedures to enhance automation, performance, and data handling capabilities.
Serve as a PKI Trusted Agent for AIE systems within the Installation Portfolio.
Act as liaison between prime contractors, sustainment teams, and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
Provide hardware and configuration guidance throughout the system lifecycle.
Coordinate system enhancements, including analysis, design specifications, testing, and implementation activities.
Analyze, document, and test new AIE technologies, including facial recognition, kiosk solutions, and online vetting capabilities.
Conduct troubleshooting, corrective actions, and validation testing for new installations and system upgrades.
Prepare and review acquisition documentation, reports, and briefings.
Conduct technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experienced in both R&D production and/or deployment phases of the acquisition process required.
Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Degree preferably in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or related discipline.
At least six (6) years of general experience and one (1) year as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program.
Travel:
No less than 25% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.
Physical Demands:
Physical demands of this position include ability to:
Be independently mobile.
Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
